Distribution
Only those who have purchased a software license for ‘MSFS Aircraft Pinner Pro’ version of the application may use it. Distribution to others of ‘MSFS Aircraft Pinner Pro’ and use by people who have not purchased a license is strictly prohibited and against the terms of the license. Breach of these terms will be dealt with according to international law where applicable.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or state, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the application shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of your country or state.
